Cuisine plays an important part at the KKL Luzern. Our Event Catering is characterised by seasonality, local produce and the best quality. All dishes are made in-house by our Event Catering Crew. This guarantees seamless processes, flexibility and maximum freshness. Our in-house patisserie provides an unforgettable finish to any menu.
We place particular importance on the selection of our suppliers and producers. We procure our items from people who share our values and quality standards. Seasonality is also vital for us, both in terms of taste and the environment.
For smaller meetings, the KKL dining venues offer an appealing setting. The four dining venues, including the star-winning restaurant Lucide, share a passion for high-quality products, excellent service and unforgettable culinary experiences. The concert bar welcomes the audience before the event and during the interval with drinks and snacks.
As we see it, culture and nature belong together. We are aware that every decision we take has consequences. We act responsibly and sustainably. Our used frying oil is used to make biodiesel, our organic waste is turned into biogas and natural fertilisers for the surrounding region. We avoid single-use plastics whenever possible. The unavoidable single-use items are made from sustainable raw materials. We believe in Food Care instead of Food Waste. At the customer’s request, we are happy to pack the food at the end of the event.
