Our Event Management Team will support you from the initial consultation through all steps in the preparation process of your event up to its realisation. We create setup plans and/or coordinate with third parties. You can count on the highest quality and reliability at every stage of the process.
Our ambience packages offer an uncomplicated way to decorate the venues you have booked. We can do this by drawing on a large stock of our own high-quality furniture. There is also room for your individual ideas, and we will be happy to advise you and make your ideas possible.
Leave the security of your event up to us. Our specialists ensure the security of entry checks and security on site. For events of more than 800 people, there will be a first aid unit on site.
Our in-house Logistics Team will ensure everything is in the right place at the right time. We put together precise plans for your event and build on that accordingly. We can respond to last-minute changes to ensure that the setup is a perfect success.
Your guests will feel at home at the KKL Luzern right from the start. We take care of the signage for your event and look after the cloakroom. Our hall staff will help you find your way around the hall at any time and answer any questions you may have.
