The diverse venues offer the optimal space for your seminar, meeting, session, or workshop. Tell us whether you are planning an all-day or half-day event and what, if any, type of breakout rooms you require, and we will arrange the appropriate coffee breaks and lunch options for you.
For meetings from 10 up to 120 persons, you benefit from our outstanding flat rates. Focus entirely on your objectives - we will provide the harmonious context. Room, technology, business lunch and break refreshments are included in the meeting flat rates.
Cuisine plays an important part in your event at the KKL Luzern. Everything is made in-house, which guarantees maximum freshness and functioning processes. You have a large number of options for treating your guests’ culinary senses, from a formal business lunch to an informal flying menu, we offer it all.
The right technology allows your seminar to achieve the desired effect. Our Technical Team will be by your side from the beginning, producing lighting and audio concepts and advising you on all questions related to multimedia and IT infrastructure. The MS State of the Art Symposium brought 250 guests to KKL Luzern. The Auditorium served as the plenary venue, while the Congress Foyer combined the poster exhibition, breaks and lunch, and the Club Rooms provided space for numerous workshops. This allowed the different event formats to be seamlessly combined.

Seminars, fine dining and networking under one roof: The Board of Directors seminar series by Verwaltungsrat Management AG takes place twice a year at KKL Luzern. The Deuxième and Terrace Hall provide space for around 80 guests, while Restaurant Lucide and Le Piaf complement the professional programme with a culinary experience.
