Since 2011, the annual Swiss Media Forum has taken place at KKL Luzern. At this industry convention, around 300 people from the fields of media, communication, business, and politics come together to exchange ideas on two half-days. Funded by the five large media companies TX Group, SRG, CH Media, Ringier, and NZZ Mediengruppe, the convention discusses the important topics and challenges of the future.
Lucerne Hall, the associated foyer, and the Club rooms are used for the various presentations by speakers from Switzerland and abroad. In 2022, the Media Dinner also took place at KKL Luzern, with the hall being quickly converted from the convention’s plenary session to the gala dinner location.
